We are building more homes to meet housing needs.
East Midlands Housing Association (EMHA) provides affordable homes for rent throughout the East Midlands. We have homes in over 37 local authority areas in both rural and urban communities.
Our properties range from bedsits to larger family homes and also accommodation for customers who need extra support.
All our homes meet the Government's Decent Homes Standard.
We also have an active future development programme which means that we are continuing to build more homes to meet housing needs. These homes are designed to be sustainable and efficient to run.
We also provide low-cost homes for sale throughout the East Midlands.
It could be that you are already our tenant and want to move to a property more suitable to your current needs. Or perhaps you live elsewhere and want to move into the area where we have homes. For any of these options, we may be able to help you.
